1. Measure the circumference of the palm at the knuckles, excluding the thumb.
2. Measure the width of the palm at the widest point of the hand.
3. Wrap the tape measure around the knuckles and squeeze your hand halfway (without squeezing hard).
4. Check the result against the table and determine the size.
