    1.2. A data subject under this Privacy Policy is a client or any other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.3. A client under this Privacy Policy is anyone who purchases goods or services from the data processor\u2019s website.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.4. The data processor adheres to the principles of data processing set forth in legislation, including processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and securely. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with legal requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):<\/span><\/p>\n

The data processor has the right to share clients\u2019 personal data with third parties, such as authorized processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, and payment service providers. The data processor is the responsible controller of personal data. The data processor transmits personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Montonio AS.<\/span><\/p>\n

          3.6. When processing and retaining the data subject\u2019s personal data, the data processor applies organizational and technical measures to ensure protection against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or any other unlawful processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

          3.7. The data processor retains data subjects\u2019 data depending on the purpose of processing but no longer than 2 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Rights of the Data Subject<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            4.1. The data subject has the right to access and review their personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

            4.2. The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

            4.3. The data subject has the right to request the correction or completion of inaccurate data.<\/span><\/p>\n

            4.4. If the data processor processes the data subject\u2019s personal data based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

            4.5. To exercise their rights, the data subject may contact the e-store customer support at GLOFFY@GLOFFY.EE<\/span><\/p>\n

            4.6. The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate to protect their rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Final Provisions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              5.1. These data protection terms have been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia, and other legal acts of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n
