Online shop <\/span>www.gloffy.ee<\/span><\/a> is the owner of Amber light O\u00dc (registration code 14126526), located at 4-31 Akadeemia tee, Tallinn, Estonia, 12612 Akadeemia tee 4-31. Information about the goods is provided directly with the goods in the Online Shop. <\/span><\/p>\n

General Terms and Conditions The parties to the Contract shall be guided by the legislation of the European Union and the terms and conditions of sale of the E-shop in regulating their relations. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter also referred to as the \u201cSales Contract\u201d) shall enter into force immediately upon receipt of the Customer’s payment to the E-shop’s bank account. <\/span><\/p>\n

The terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy may be recorded for reproduction by the Client. <\/span>www.gloffy.ee<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Prices <\/b><\/p>\n

The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge. <\/span><\/p>\n

All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro. <\/span><\/p>\n

Prices do not include transport costs. <\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. <\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices displayed in the E-shop at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Preparing an order <\/b><\/p>\n

To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. <\/span><\/p>\n

To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. <\/span><\/p>\n

The amount of the fee will then be displayed, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods.<\/span><\/p>\n

NB: When paying by bank transfer, be sure to click on the \u201cBack to merchant\u201d button on the bank page. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment – in the case of payment by bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and in the case of payment by credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force as from the date of receipt of the amount due in the current account of the Online Shop. The owner of the online shop is the controller of the personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS. <\/span><\/p>\n

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.<\/span><\/p>\n

Direct marketing and processing of personal data <\/b><\/p>\n

The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. <\/span><\/p>\n

The online shop transfers personal data to transport companies in order to deliver goods. <\/span><\/p>\n

The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his\/her wish to receive them by entering his\/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his\/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.<\/span><\/p>\n
